This Close Protection unit developed the future doctrine of Counter Assault Team (CAT) operations in High Threat protection missions.

Tracy was recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and recruited to evaluate and replicate the assassination of Pakistan's Benazir Bhutto for the government. He is continuously called upon to supply High Threat Protection and Counter Assault Team training to Special Operations units.
